4. Delivery

Before move-in, we conduct a detailed walkthrough to create a final punch list and review home systems. We provide maintenance guidance and all warranty documentation. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident, informed, and fully prepared to enjoy your new home.

5. Warranty

Our warranty program reflects our commitment to long-term quality. We provide a 10-year structural warranty along with coverage for mechanical systems and other key components. We stand behind our work and remain available to address any covered concerns.
